History of McGrew's Flooring
Wendy and Jay Thrower purchased McGrew's Flooring in 2019 and rebranded adding new services as Everything Home Charleston while keeping the name McGrew's very much a part of the brand.
McGrew’s Flooring served the community for over 60 years. We’re honored by our roots and invite you to learn more about our story.
After returning from World War II, Herman was attending Rice College & working for Copleston's Carpet when he decided to branch out on his own and start a business. With his son, Roy McGrew, he set out to serve East Cooper and the surrounding Charleston areas with quality flooring products and services. In 2019 we acquired McGrew's flooring, a Charleston staple since 1965. We are proud to carry on the 1st class customer service and expert installation the McGrew family was known for.
